You will be a key member in the QA Department to ensure the quality of products and services produced by the company meet company and industry standards.
Working closely with Project Teams, you will oversee project implementation in terms of quality, ensuring finished products and services meet customer expectations through activities such as performing quality checks and notifying management of any QA issues.
Be Part of Our Success
Manage the QA/QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems meet customer quality requirements.
Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of project work products to ensure quality.
Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities.
Collect and compile statistical quality data.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Qualities We Value
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience is highly desirable.
Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle is advantageous.
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Assurance is highly desirable.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO standards is highly desirable.
