One of Ireland's leading design and build contractors, specialising in a diverse range of commercial and residential projects, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects across Dublin and the wider region.
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will provide strong leadership, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with Irish construction regulations and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, local authorities, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
Lead, support, and motivate project teams across multiple sites, ensuring clear communication, effective problem-solving, and high performance.
Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and control procedures, ensuring all projects meet company and client expectations.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
Report on project progress, financials, and key milestones to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience delivering residential and/or commercial construction projects in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, contract law, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Proven track record in successfully managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple concurrent projects.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational skills.
