Job Title: Home Care Manager Location: County Dublin, Ireland Salary: €40,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Company Overview: All In Care is a distinguished and well-established provider of home care services across Ireland. We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive Home Care Manager to join our dedicated team. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional home care services throughout Ireland. Position Overview: As a Home Care Manager at All In Care, you will assume a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of care within our organization. This position necessitates a candidate with a robust healthcare background, supervisory experience, and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. The primary objective of this role is to support, develop, and oversee our care team, enabling the provision of exceptional in-home care services that empower our clients to maintain their independence and well-being. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: €40,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Position Company Car Company phone Mileage and Expenses Coverage Rotational Weekend Work 4 Weeks Paid Holidays per Annum (pro rata) Comprehensive Training and Development Support Opportunities for Career Advancement Within All In Care On-site Parking Position Summary - Care Manager: The successful candidate will lead and manage the overall provision of care in their designated area. They should possess a passion, vision, dedication, and determination to continually enhance our service, with a relentless focus on placing customers at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities: Organize the acceptance of new home care packages. Conduct home assessments and risk assessments. Allocate work and establish rosters for all care staff in collaboration with schedulers. Cultivate relationships in the area with Key Workers. Address client queries promptly, documenting and reporting all actions. Arrange regular team meetings. Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, pregnancy risk assessments, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the HR Manager. Essential Requirements: Highly motivated manager. Experience in leading a team of care staff. Willingness to travel within Dublin. Proactive with excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and proficiency in IT.
