Field TechnicianDue to internal promotions, we're looking for a two hands-on, customer-focused Field Technicians to join our growing operations team.You'll be on the road diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV chargers at residential, commercial, and public locations.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to be part of a sustainable future.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to customer sites across Ireland to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair EV charging stations.Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on chargers to ensure optimal performance.Work closely with the technical support and operations teams to diagnose issues remotely and resolve them on-site.Keep detailed and accurate service reports and communicate issues clearly with internal systems.Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand in a professional manner.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards at all times.Support installation teams when required during peak periods or special projects.RequirementsEssential:2+ years of experience in a hands-on electrical, technical, or field service role.Full clean Irish driving licence.Safe PassStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software to log reports and update service tickets.Desirable:Qualified electrician or background in electrical systemsExperience working with EV chargers, solar PV, or similar electrical infrastructure.Knowledge of EV market and charging standardsManual Handling certificate.SalaryCompetitive Salary10% BonusHealthcarePension
