Position Summary:
Ensuring that all deliveries outbound to the customer are carried out in an accurate & timely manner to allow us to continue to provide a world-class service within the agreed budgetary costs, delivering all our company's expectations.
You will be the first point of contact for all transport queries and issues during the night shift – responding to vehicle maintenance issues, driver absence, and journey/delivery queries.
Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Transport
Ensure all relevant transport compliance administration is completed in a timely manner.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance administration, including management of defect process.
Provide all drivers with journey administration – complete drivers pre- and post-debriefs, issue invoices, PDA's, probes, and relevant administration.
Check progress of invoices on WMOS.
Manage PDA cabinet stock and respond to PDA technical issues.
Provide comprehensive handover to Transport department for any issues and resolutions or actions pending.
Manage and respond to Verofresh system violations.
Maintain awareness and understanding of Zebra system and Paragon planning.
Stock Duties
Action and process quarantine stock issues and salvage stock.
Complete chill buffer checks and reserve checks.
Print ASN reports for warehouse goods for the following day.
Respond to Goods In issues as they arise – booking vehicles, checking seals, allocating vehicles, security, and late adds.
Run waves in WMOS in consultation with Shift Management.
Complete forecast ordering for outside storage.
Process credit investigations.
Warehouse
Respond to Warehouse Supervisor administration requests as required.
Support Goods In department as needed.
Logistics Admin
Ensure daily audit actions are completed promptly.
Be prepared to assist and cover other department duties as required.
