Overview
We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Placement Programme for our Dublin office.
This is a 14 week placement between January to May 2026.
During this time, you will gain broad practical experience and personal growth to progress your academic and professional career.
We have opportunities across our Commercial and Residential departments.

Qualifications, Attributes And Characteristics
Preferably undertaking a property qualification or relevant Business, Finance, Law or Economics qualification
Solid work ethic, inquisitive and eager to learn
Adaptable, flexible and numerate
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent relationship builder, a client-focused approach
Energy and determination to succeed
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Good decision-making
Problem-solving strength
Strong planning and organisational skills
Demonstrated interest and knowledge of the property industry and developing markets
Training and Support
In depth knowledge of the Property Industry
Mentoring by Ireland\'s Top Agents
Training in soft skills including Negotiation, Networking and Managing Client Relationships
