About the roleAs a HR Partner, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to team of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives.In this role, you will:Support the UK & Ireland HR Leader at both an operational and strategic level in a fast-moving dynamic environmentAct as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the UKSupport employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus and merit increases and others as necessary.Build effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activitiesAdvise managers and leaders on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc.Work model:We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in client offices across Dublin.Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting.This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.What you need to have to be consideredDemonstrable experience of HR business partnering within a matrix organisation on wide range of HR topics, providing expert advice to managers and employees preferably in a business process consultancy environmentIn-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, UK employment law knowledge desirableStrong communication skills (verbal & written)Relevant work experience essentialDegree in HR or related discipline preferableWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.Don't hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed.Think about your transferable experiences and unique skills that make you stand out as someone who can bring new and exciting things to this role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
