Junior Field Service Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Field Service Engineer with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Full training will be provided.
Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive on-site service to customers, including: Commissioning Fault-finding Servicing and maintenance Repairs Calibration and validation of our full product and service range Conduct post-installation commissioning inspections Coordinate and schedule site visits Record and manage job reports using our online CRM system Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations Provide both remote and on-site troubleshooting support as needed Candidate Requirements Working knowledge of renewable energy systems is highly desirable Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field-based or technical service role Background in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the Munster region Valid Safe Pass Benefits Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone Competitive salary, aligned with experience Performance-related bonus scheme Bike to Work programme Onsite parking Employee discount schemes Paid company leave Ongoing training, educational support, and development opportunities Sports and social events INDCRG Skills: mechanical electrical HVAC solar systems Heat pumps Benefits: Mobile phone Car Allowance Paid Holidays Company car Laptop Expenses Mileage
