Purpose of Role
Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from contract award to handover and will report directly to the Construction Director.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with project stakeholders namely client design team, main contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure the scope of works is delivered and shareholder requirements are met.
Manage and coordinate all phases of the mechanical services project delivery cycle from Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, to Testing & Commissioning.
Attend site regularly to ensure quality, safety and procurement issues are within project targets.
Ensure the financial aspects of the project are managed on an ongoing basis.
Attend project pre-appointment meetings and ensure all stakeholders are fully aligned on the scope of works in relation to the project as tenderer.
Review design and coordinate all construction drawings.
Ensure works are installed in accordance with project specifications and change control procedures while maintaining safety culture standards for project execution.
Provide guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and specifications for site activities for the operations team.
Role Requirements
Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment.
Good leadership skills to motivate and direct a team.
Excellent IT and technical skills.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
