OverviewCOMPANY:Navi GroupROLE:Lead Software QA EngineerLOCATION:Dublin/NationwideSALARY:€75,000EXPERIENCE:5+ years in software QA, in a position of responsibilityTouchPlus Technologies Ltd—a proud member of the Navi Group—is seeking an experienced and passionateLead Software QA Engineerto elevate our quality assurance function and help shape the future of pharmacy retail technology across Ireland.About UsTouchPlus Technologies delivers innovative IT solutions to over 450 retail customers, providing web, mobile, infrastructure, EPOS, and third-party systems.As part of the fast-growing Navi Group, we're driving multiple exciting projects and expanding our talented team.The OpportunityAs our new QA Lead Engineer, you'll:Lead and mentora team of 4 near-shore QA engineers (manual and automation)Build and scalerobust QA processes, embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycleChampion shift-left testing— collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure features are designed for completeness, testability, and maintainabilityDrive automation-first practices- integrating end-to-end, acceptance, and regression testing into our CI/CD pipelinesBalance strategy and hands-on work- owning process improvement while contributing technicallyWhat You'll Bring5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or management roleStrong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologiesHands-on with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, PyTest) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Experience testing APIs, microservices, and UI components in distributed systemsDeep understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and QA's role within itProven ability to establish QA standards, metrics, and governanceExcellent leadership and communication skillsWhat You'll DoDefine and evolve QA strategy, standards, and processesAct as a quality advocate across engineering, product, and delivery teamsExpand and maintain automated test coverage at all levelsEmbed automated tests into CI/CD as release gatesAudit and formalise regression suites and maintain test documentationDefine, track, and report on QA KPIs (defect escape rates, automation coverage, bug backlog health, SLA compliance)Collaborate with Project Managers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementAPPLY HERE TODAY:?v=00a2ab46-bbc******-a8cd-4eb38d13fc4eClosing Date:10/10/2025#J-*****-Ljbffr
