- Oversee defect management processes, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and resolution of issues.
- Analyse client‑side and server‑side logs to validate functionality and performance.
- Advocate for a culture of quality, ensuring testing is integrated early and effectively in all development workflows.
About You
- Proven experience (5 yrs+) in a senior or lead testing role, with a strong track record of technical leadership and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and QA lifecycle.
- Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills, with the ability to guide others in root‑cause analysis.
- Expertise in automation tools and scripting, including Selenium with Java, Postman, JSON Path, and JDBC.
- Experience testing across multiple platforms: Web, Mobile Apps, Smart TVs, Set‑Top Boxes, Chromecast, and other OTT devices.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and source control tools like Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across teams.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Will
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance testing culture.
- Thriving under pressure and maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
- Be adaptable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous learning.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Appreciate the opportunity to work in a flexible and progressive environment where work‑life balance is supported.
