Day to Day
Lead end-user deployment of laptop equipment
Deliver 1,600 laptops (including Macs)
Break down deployment into logical groupings
Collaborate
External vendors for deployment support
Procurement team using Autopilot for data migration
Support Services team and shared drives
Support integration campaigns for laptop equipment
Bob to oversee core branch integration
Lead and coordinate end-user laptop deployments, including delivery of 1,600+ devices
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, IT, macro's team) and external partners (CDW, Lenovo)
Use Autopilot for data migration and ensure logical grouping of deployment tasks
Support integration efforts post-acquisition, including campaign planning and execution
Act as a liaison between business and IT to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and reporting
Facilitate team meetings, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
Ensure project deliverables are transitioned effectively to operations
Identify process improvements and contribute to strategic planning
