Day to Day
  • Lead end-user deployment of laptop equipment
  • Deliver 1,600 laptops (including Macs)
  • Break down deployment into logical groupings
Collaborate
  • External vendors for deployment support
  • Procurement team using Autopilot for data migration
  • Support Services team and shared drives
  • Support integration campaigns for laptop equipment
  • Bob to oversee core branch integration
  • Lead and coordinate end-user laptop deployments, including delivery of 1,600+ devices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, IT, macro's team) and external partners (CDW, Lenovo)
  • Use Autopilot for data migration and ensure logical grouping of deployment tasks
  • Support integration efforts post-acquisition, including campaign planning and execution
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and reporting
  • Facilitate team meetings, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure project deliverables are transitioned effectively to operations
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to strategic planning
