We are looking to recruit a person for our business who has a unique range of knowledge and experience in providing the highest quality in bespoke cakes.The successful candidate will be versatile, will have experience working in Start-up business in the hospitality industry, will demonstrate experience in Product Research & Development and will be expert in working collaboratively with the customer to design their dream cake – from the initial sketch through to completed product.Our business is targeting on the high-end of the market.We use only the finest ingredients, and all of our products are made from scratch.There are three key strands to the business, and the successful candidate will have experience in all aspects:Cake Shop – Our cake shop is our opportunity to showcase the quality and standard of our product.The successful candidate will have experience in management – staff, inventory, keyholder etcBespoke Cakes are the focus of the business, and we aim to service all events – Weddings/Birthdays/Corporate Events etc.The successful candidate will have experience in creating a wide range of products, to include:Multi-tiered cakesSculpted cakesRealistic cakesHandcrafted Edible Flowers, Handcrafted Edible Figures, Edible Caricature FiguresFondant (made from scratch) Work – Painting/Drawing/Moulding/SculptingThe third strand of the business is focussed on catering Dessert Tables – with a variety of dessert offerings – Weddings/Birthdays/Corporate Events etc.The successful candidate will be proficient in producing high quality sweet offerings to our multi-cultural customer base (experience in creating Filipino treats desirable)Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,******-€35,****** per yearWork Location: In personReference ID: ASC CD/B/SMExpected start date: 22/09/2025
