Senior Client Accountant | SPVs | Financial Services | DublinOur client is a leading organization in their industry and they are seeking a talented and experienced candidate to join their team.They are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Accountant.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in providing high-quality client service and producing service deliverables for the more complex entities and platinum clients in the team's portfolio.You will also be responsible for delivering specified deliverables to clients in accordance with internal and external deadlines.What's On Offer —21 days of annual leave plus an additional day per year until it reaches 25 days2 additional leave days per year (Good Friday and an extra TMF day at Christmas time)Health insurance with Laya HealthcarePension scheme of 5% matched employer contributionDeath in service benefit of 4x salaryFlyefit gym membership scheme and tax saver commuter ticketsMain Responsibilities —Accurately prepare primary accounting documents, accounting statements, and reports required by the clientEnsure that all reporting deadlines are met for the client allocation and support the Client Account Manager in achieving this for the wider teamPrepare all compliance-related filings such as CBI and tax filingsReview accounting entries processed by Trainee and Client Accountants for the allocated portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholdersManage the audit process for the allocated clientsAssist the Client Account Manager in reviewing the work of junior team membersProvide support to junior team members with complex work/calculationsKeep up-to-date with changes in local accounting and tax legislationProvide technical support to the teamSupport the Client Account Manager in maintaining and maximizing revenues for the team portfolioAbout you —Professional qualification (ACCA/ACA)At least 1-year PQEStructured finance experience preferable if working on an SPV/SFS portfolio is desirableAnalytical structured mindset with the ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistencyProficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential, along with experience of a local accounting systemExperience in a similar role from an accounting practice background with strong client servicing skills is desirableSound like something that's of interest?Please send your details through the link below and we'll be in touch for a confidential discussion on the detailsAll applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence#J-*****-Ljbffr
