Digital Marketing and Sales ExecutiveOur client, a high-profile organisation in the Limerick & wider mid-west region, are now expanding their team & have engaged with Cpl on an exclusive basis to help recruit an experienced Digital Marketing and Sales Executive to join the team and to take on this exciting role.The Role:Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager, the Digital Marketing and Sales Executive will manage social media and online activities to engage audiences, boost brand and event awareness, and maintain high customer service standards.The role includes analysing visitor data, developing new marketing strategies, assisting with sales calls, and supporting special projects and general marketing duties.Responsibilities to include:Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and calendar of events including, organic and paid social media, google ads, email marketing, plasmas and websiteUtilize Google Ads Grant for paid advertising opportunitiesCreate engaging content for all social media platforms considering key moments throughout the yearImplement paid social media advertising campaigns in line with budgetsOversee digital marketing campaignsPlan and execute email marketing campaigns in line with calendar of eventsAnalyse and segment customer email lists for targeted email marketing campaignsCreate automated campaigns to engage lapsed customers, abandoned carts and new potential customersCollaborate with web development teams to implement any required changes and improvementsProactively review the company website for possible improvementsSkills & Experience that we need:Excellent verbal, written, oral and digital communication skills.Strong visual communication skills with an eye for detail.A passion for and demonstrated commitment to working in the arts.A strong work ethic; a good knowledge or people management practice.Strong organisational and management skills, written and verbal.The ability to troubleshoot, prioritise and to work under pressure.Self-motivation and the ability to manage their time effectively and efficiently.Extensive knowledge and use of popular social media platforms.Experience creating campaigns and managing social media and digital advertising.General web proficiency, knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords and WordPressCreative copy writing and content creation abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail including proof reading and editing skillsExcellent customer services skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAn interest in and understanding of the entertainment industry in Limerick/IrelandKnowledge of MS Office packagesExcellent IT skill in website development and content creation.Proven ability in collecting and analysing data and in producing reportsUse of platforms including Mailchimp and CanvaExperience creating TikTok contentThe Offer:This is a permanent onsite role based in Limerick, with base salary, depending on the candidate's experience, and expected to be in the €30K - €34K range plus benefits package.How to Apply:If you are interested in applying or want to know more about this role please contact, Orlaigh FitzGerald-Quinn in Cpl Limerick on 085 801 7135 or email your CV to ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
