This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executivewho thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. With no brand restrictions, the role offers full creative freedom to shape strategy and drive growth across all market segments. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the Sales, Marketing & Events function as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, working closely with revenue and senior operations teams Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, presentations, and KPIs The Senior Sales and Marketing Executivewill oversee execution of the commercial plan, targeting growth across corporate, GDS, direct bookings, leisure, C&B, F&B, and PR Proactively manage new business development, account retention, and sales activity Run all digital and offline marketing efforts as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, including website optimisation, social media campaigns, and e-zines Requirements Previous experience as aSales & Marketing Executive or similar role within the hotel sector Strong digital skills: website, booking engine (Avvio), paid social, and email marketing Familiarity with GDS, RFP processes, and revenue strategy Advantageous: Opera and Sales & Catering system knowledge Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and proven results Previous role in the Irish hotel sector.
