Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Junior Buyer on a permanent full-time basis within the Newry area.Responsibilities: With a full job description available on request, you will:
Raise purchase orders, monitor order statuses, and manage lead times to meet production schedules.Liaise with suppliers and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Regularly update inventory records and highlight requirements for replenishment.Assist with sourcing and negotiating the purchase of materials, comparing costs from multiple suppliers.Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities across different software packages.Provide administrative support to the purchasing team.Requirements: Previous experience in a purchasing role would be advantageous.Previous administrative experience within construction or engineering industries would be advantageous.Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
