Responsibilities
Sales-Focused Roles:
Ideal for individuals with strong sales experience, particularly in generating new business opportunities and identifying potential clients.
Customer Service & Retention Roles:
Best suited to candidates with proven experience in customer service, sales, or client retention, ideally within personal lines insurance.
Administration Role:
Suitable for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proven track record in a busy office environment handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Many positions involve working across all
Personal Lines
departments, including:
Processing amendments
Cross-selling and up-selling across all product lines
Qualifications
If you've got your
APA
and experience in insurance renewals or personal lines, this could be a great next step.
The focus of this role is to support existing customers, help them renew their policies, and ensure they feel well looked after.
