Position: Site Agent - Civil Engineering
Location: Cork
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and cost management.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering projects.
- Relevant degree or professional qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software.
