Security Agent Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security and Safety Officer to join our team in maintaining a secure and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors by ensuring all necessary protocols are followed.
- Patrol the site on foot to deter and detect stock loss, identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions to prevent future losses.
- Conduct thorough searches and screenings as required, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, including positive searches, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and audits using computer- and paper-based systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- An SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license is mandatory for this role.
- 5 years checkable history and references are required, along with a satisfactory criminal record check (CRC).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
