Position: Site Agent - Civil Engineering

Location: Cork

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
4. Monitor and control project budgets, resource allocation, and cost management.
5. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering projects.
2. Relevant degree or professional qualifications in civil engineering or a related field.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of construction regulations and industry best practices.
5. Proficiency in project management software.
