Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager/Agent to oversee the successful delivery of our commercial project in Munster, Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and structure experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager/Agent. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive and results-driven approach.

  • Main Contracting background preferred
  • Aptitude for building projects with extensive groundworks and precast
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee overall site operations
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager/Agent
  • Main Contracting background preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
