Job Opportunity: Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the site.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards, implementing quality control measures as necessary.
  • Manage site personnel, including subcontractors, and plan works to meet project targets in an efficient manner.
  • Accurately record site information and maintain open lines of communication with designers and subcontractors.
  • Maximise profit by optimising day-to-day activities, such as effective time management and minimising re-work.
Requirements:
  • Hold a third-level degree in Engineering.
  • Possess 2+ years' experience as a civil site engineer.
  • Experience working with main contractors, surveying firms, or similar organisations is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
