AA Euro are seeking an experienced and driven Design Manager to join our clients industry-leading team based at our Citywest Head Office, with regular involvement at our high-profile Munster Project.

As a Design Manager, you will take a leading role in coordinating design activities across pre-construction and delivery phases.
You`ll collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, programme, and cost targets are achievedbringing together great design and great delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate design teams, subconsultants, and design-related subcontractorsDrive design delivery from pre-construction through executionChair and minute design meetings, ensuring alignment and clarityImplement and uphold Design Management ProceduresProvide technical input on planning, building regulations, procurement, and strategic design risksLead value engineering initiatives, identifying opportunities for smarter solutionsMentor Design Coordinators and contribute to team developmentSupport contractor proposals and employer requirementsEnsure statutory compliance and manage interface between design and construction teamsQualifications:
