AA Euro are seeking an experienced and driven Design Manager to join our clients industry-leading team based at our Citywest Head Office, with regular involvement at our high-profile Munster Project.

This role offers flexibility with site-based and limited remote working, ideal for professionals looking to grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Design Manager, you will take a leading role in coordinating design activities across pre-construction and delivery phases.
You`ll collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, programme, and cost targets are achievedbringing together great design and great delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate design teams, subconsultants, and design-related subcontractors
- Drive design delivery from pre-construction through execution
- Chair and minute design meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity
- Implement and uphold Design Management Procedures
- Provide technical input on planning, building regulations, procurement, and strategic design risks
- Lead value engineering initiatives, identifying opportunities for smarter solutions
- Mentor Design Coordinators and contribute to team development
- Support contractor proposals and employer requirements
- Ensure statutory compliance and manage interface between design and construction teams

Qualifications:

- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Design-related discipline
