Crew Member Responsibilities:
Provide customers with exceptional service that aligns with our Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are:
Stewardship, Urgency, Development, and Respect.
Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
Complete cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, keeping floors clean, washing dishes, recycling boxes, and disposing of trash as assigned.
Maintain the highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Complete food preparation duties, ensuring all menu items are prepared and available for service at all times.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
Unload shipments of food and supplies and place them in designated areas as assigned.
