Position Summary:
Are you a qualified accountant with a head for numbers and a knack for managing complex financials across international borders?
We're looking for an experienced Group Management Accountant to join our clients growing global team.
With offices in Ireland & Colombia, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting integration of new businesses, and helping to steer the Group's financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts for each company in the group.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Transaction Posting Checks and Corrections.
- Maintenance of Asset Registers.
- Stock Movement Verification & Posting.
- Prepayments, Accruals, and Intercompany Charges.
- Intercompany Reconciliations.
- Consolidate Group Companies.
- Assist with corporate compliance and statutory reporting.
- Manage the financial onboarding and integration of acquired companies.
- Work closely with the CFO and FD to set and monitor annual budgets.
- Liaise with external auditors.
-Collaborate with our Data Manager to ensure our accounting systems are efficient.
- Lead and support Admin and Finance Supervisors across regions.
- Provide additional support to finance teams as required.

What We're Looking for:
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA etc.)
from Ireland.
- Proven experience working within a multinational ecommerce environment, Telco background would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with multiple accounting systems.
- Experience with consolidation.
- Ability to thrive under tight monthly deadlines.
- Fluent English but Spanish speaker would be an advantage.

Qualifications:
- ACCA, ACA qualified.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Experience implementing a new system.
