We are looking for someone who is interested in the social model of support in Health and Social Care, and who would like to make a difference in people's lives through our innovative programme.The role would suit a graduate with some experience, plenty of energy and enthusiasmSkills & Requirements:-Third Level qualification and/or relevant project management experience in health & social care, and/ or rural and community development and or social inclusion.- Demonstrable capacity of practical programme delivery- Ability to use one's own initiative to prioritise work and meet key deadlines and milestones.- Excellent administrative skills, demonstrate experience with a CRM system and be adept in using an online work management system to ensure efficiency and deliver results for the programme (eg.
