Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Fraud Payment Specialist to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The Fraud Payment Specialist will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment, overseeing all aspects of the Fraud Payment Specialist and compliance processes.
Duties include but not limited to:
Consolidate payment data relating to failed inflight payments.
Manage and update onboard failed payments Masterfile's.
Run/review daily acquirer checks and fraud/payment stats.
Investigate anomalies identified in control reports and escalated suspicious activity.
Provide fraud coverage by regularly updating the fraud tool with negative data to prevent recurring fraudulent activity.
Production of monthly management reports.
Ad-hoc duties as requested by Fraud Manager.
Requirements
A business/finance graduate or an individual with relevant fraud payment experience (preferably gained in an airline, e-commerce organization or travel industry).
Fluent English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
A second European language is preferable.
Knowledge in payment processing, in an offline and online environment
Knowledge of New Skies Reservation System and fraud screening tools is desirable but not essential.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, strong interpersonal and excellent communications skills.
