Asset Manager (Construction) - Limerick
Required for a well known property developer to o
versee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
You will develop and implement asset strategies, working closely with the construction team to align renovation, redevelopment, and acquisition plans.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and forecasting for both residential and commercial assets etc
Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential properties, with some exposure to commercial asset management.

• Strong understanding of property market dynamics and construction processes.

• Excellent financial acumen and ability to develop actionable strategies for asset optimization.

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
