Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and creative
Digital Marketing Manager
to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts.
In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth.
Digital Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Content Development:
Produce compelling and relevant digital content that aligns with brand messaging.
SEO & SEM:
Optimize website content to help paid advertising, improve organic search rankings, and maximize paid campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics; use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Budget Management:
Allocate resources efficiently across campaigns for optimal results, aligning budget with the Demand Generation Manager.
Technology & Tools:
Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance targeting.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and a consistent brand experience.
Market Trends:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep digital marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Key Objective
Increase website traffic, user engagement, and lead generation through effective digital marketing.
Achieve measurable improvements in SEO rankings and paid campaign ROI.
Build brand awareness and positive perception across digital channels.
Deliver accurate and insightful digital marketing reports to stakeholders.
Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
You Have
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to stay ahead in digital marketing trends.
Location and Travel
This position can be based in our Dublin or London office.
Occasional travel may be required in the EU and the USA.
