Overview
This is an experienced Site Engineer role for a major residential construction project in North Dublin.
This is a hands-on position responsible for the successful delivery of the project, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is completed to schedule and budget.
Manage subcontractors, coordinate activities, and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the project management team to resolve site issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in Ireland.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health & safety practices.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors on site.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
