Our client is one of Ireland's leading
design and build contractors
, recognised for delivering premium projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
With a reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence, they are now seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to join their team on a flagship residential development in South Dublin.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of the project from groundwork to completion.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior management team to maintain programme, safety, and quality targets, while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage on-site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to maintain programme deadlines.
Monitor project progress and report on key milestones to senior management.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee quality control and snagging to maintain the contractor's premium standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and all project stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally on high-quality residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations in Ireland.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
