Site Quality Manager - Dublin

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Quality Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving site quality to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Ensure adherence to all safety rules and wear required protective equipment at all times.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to guarantee products or services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster a culture of right-first-time manufacturing on the site.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Perform ISO audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all necessary records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Oversee all new product development procedures with a view to becoming best in field for customer satisfaction.
  • Support Site and Managers in implementing and improving procedures and processes to ensure required work standards are met and adhered to.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.
  • Actively participate in Lean project rollouts for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Understand and drive regulatory and compliance certifications as appropriate (i.e. regulatory requirements surrounding ISO9000, ISO14000 etc.).
