The role of Finishing Foreman is a key position in our construction project.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out daily inspections to ensure high-quality finishes are achieved.
- Managing subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Regularly inspecting the quality of finishes and compiling snag lists.
- Reading construction drawings to compare against works on site and monitor subcontractor compliance.
- Documenting works on site and reporting on project progress.
Requirements for this role include:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman or in a similar site management position.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- A trade background is preferred but not essential.
- Strong sub-contractor management skills.
