Overview
Commercial Property Solicitor (Cork law firm) – Cork, Ireland.
Barden is partnering with a leading and long established commercial law firm in Cork seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The firm has been involved in the acquisition, construction and development of a large number of retail, office and industrial projects throughout the country.
You will act primarily on behalf of developers in the acquisition and disposal of land, financing transactions, commercial leasing, way leaves, advice on construction and development law, etc.
You will work closely with the Insolvency and Restructuring Team advising liquidators, receivers, examiners, landlords, tenants, purchasers and vendors in the management and disposal of distressed properties.
PROFILE:
Irish qualified Solicitor ideally between 1-3 years' PQE, but more experienced Solicitors will be considered.
Strong commercial property experience, ideally gained in another commercial law firm; however the firm will also consider applications from Solicitors in smaller firms with a mix of residential and high quality commercial property experience.
Excellent commercial acumen, communication and drafting skills.
