ProSource are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a leading Tier 1 Main Building Contractor, and are seeking a skilled Quality Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality standards on a large mixed-use development project in Dublin, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement theProject Quality Plan (PQP), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and project-specific requirements. Conduct and manage quality audits, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Monitor all aspects of the construction process to ensure high-quality outcomes are consistently delivered. Identify and manage non-conformance issues, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions are implemented. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection records, reports, and certifications Promote a culture of quality awareness across the project site. Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters, liaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Work closely with site teams to address quality-related Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within the construction sector, preferably on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments in the Irish/UK Construction Industry. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality management systems, and industry best practices. Proficient in non-conformance management and root cause analysis techniques.
