Du entwickelst und realisierst Marketingmaßnahmen, die gezielt auf die Ziele des Vertriebs einzahlen und Business-Potenziale im Markt ausschöpfen. Als strategischer Sparringspartner und Single Point of Contact (SPOC) aus dem Marketing für die Vertriebsführungskräfte sorgst du dafür, dass datenbasierte Initiativen den Vertrieb optimal unterstützen und Stepstone als führende Recruiting-Plattform positionieren.Deine AufgabenEntwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Kampagnenstrategien zur Unterstützung der VertriebszieleEnge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften und Teams im Vertrieb, um deren Ziele und Herausforderungen zu verstehen und in Marketingmaßnahmen zu übersetzenSteuerung und Priorisierung von Marketingprojekten entlang der Vertriebsstrategie (z.B. Leadgenerierung, Account-Based Marketing, Sales Enablement)Entwicklung, Aktualisierung und zielgruppengerechte Bereitstellung von Sales Collaterals in Abstimmung mit Produktmarketing und VertriebKontinuierliche Erfolgskontrolle, datengetriebenes Reporting und Ableitung von OptimierungsmaßnahmenModeration und Management der Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Bereichen (z.B.
