OverviewMechanical Project EngineerMechanical Project Engineersrequired to work for a leading Mechanical Engineering contractor on projects inDublin.The successful Mechanical Project Engineer will be responsible for work on a range of Pharmaceutical/Life Science & Data Center projects.If you are aMechanical Project Engineerwho is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Oisín O'Donohoe or call for a confidential discussion.ResponsibilitiesManage the team of area engineers overseeing specific construction areas.Provide technical support to area engineers to resolve field engineering queries.Collaborate with the Construction Manager to monitor the construction schedule and prioritize off-site pipe and support fabrication.Coordinate on-site activities between Mechanical and other disciplines.Compile weekly progress reports for the client and Project Manager, gathering updates from area engineers.Collect weekly variation reports from area engineers and submit them to the QS/Cost Engineer.Monitor the scope of work and identify potential out-of-scope activities on-site.Ensure equipment is ordered on time and coordinate project activities with the offsite fabrication team.Requirements3+ years' experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer essential.Degree or Diploma in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering.Experience working on large scale data center or pharmaceutical projects is beneficial.Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential.Team player with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to complete tasks.Salary & Benefits€65,000 to €75,000 - DOE21 days paid annual leaveDiscounted HealthcareDiscretionary bonusExcellent career progression opportunitiesIf you are aMechanical Project Engineerwho is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Oisín O'Donohoe or call for a confidential discussion.All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.Skills:Mechanical Project Engineer#J-*****-Ljbffr
