monthsMarket rate3 days per week on site in Dublin.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a strategic and critical program, end-to-end, for a client in the banking sectorManage client relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance levelCoordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation and business outcomesWork closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectivesProactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early onParticipate in business development efforts for both existing and new clients, continuously identifying new opportunitiesEngage in the entire pre-sales cycle, prepare client proposals, define implementation and design and present solution architecture and delivery statements of workRequirements10+ years of experience in banking and financial services with at least 3-5 years specifically in mobile banking or digital banking platformsDeep understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements (PSD2, GDPR, PCI-DSS), and security standards for mobile financial applicationsExperience with open banking APIs, payment systems, and mobile wallet integrationsDeep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsHands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing client stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagementsAbility to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and
