8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday

The purpose of this role is to ensure the safe, smooth, and proper running of machinery, plant and equipment, diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues while ensuring a culture of Safety First in an industrial environment.

Primarily centred around Waste Management, this business is expanding rapidly in the fields of Resource Recovery and Circular Economy, ensuring nothing truly goes to waste. They are leading key UK and Ireland sustainability projects as they look to recycle more materials ranging from Metals, Plastics and Oil through to Hazardous Waste and identifying ways to utilise these to create clean energy and fully recycled products.

Role Responsibilities:

Perform daily reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
Ensure the safe, smooth, and proper running of machinery, plant and equipment.
Follow, manage and enhance the existing maintenance program which includes but not limited to, routine maintenance, breakdown maintenance, upkeep and running of the machines and equipment and machine installs.What We Are Looking For?

Proven Mechanical Maintenance or Fitting experience not a Mechanic must be a fitter - 3-5 years ideally.
Trade certification or relevant qualification or equivalent experience
Experience with equipment such pumping equipment, oil burners and hydraulic & pneumatic equipment.
