Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception through to completion.
Support senior project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Contribute to project documentation including reports, timelines, and budget tracking.
Attend client and site meetings and prepare minutes and follow-up actions.
Monitor project progress and flag any issues or risks to senior team members.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a project management or consultancy environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn from senior professionals.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Package
€55,000 - €60,000 DOE
