About The Role
As a Night Porter, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the hotel's night operations. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel operations during the night shift to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the safety and security of all staff, guests, and hotel property.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
- Perform routine cleaning and room setups to ensure all areas of the hotel are ready for guests.
- Assist with any additional duties assigned by the management team.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and organizational abilities to manage night operations smoothly.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not essential.
