Audit Senior – Asset ManagementGrant Thornton (NI) LLP–Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandJoin Audit & Assurance practice as we expand our Asset Management team.We offer exposure to a range of dynamic industries and international client collaboration.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit program development, and fieldwork.Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.Supervise junior audit staff, providing direction, support, and guidance throughout the audit process.Review work completed by team members for accuracy and completeness and provide constructive feedback.Act as a point of contact for clients during audit engagements, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on audit progress.Ensure audit documentation and reports meet firm standards and regulatory requirements.Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.Support the development and mentoring of junior team members through on-the-job training and coaching.QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience required.Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA or similar qualification).Strong technical skills (Irish GAAP, Auditing standards, IFRS).Strong experience in audit engagements.Worked with a diverse portfolio of clients.Capable of working on your own initiative.Strong interpersonal skills are essential.Strong attention to detail and analytical assessment.Benefits & CultureWe value diversity and inclusion, provide a supportive and flexible working environment, encourage professional growth, and celebrate success through recognition and training programs.Employment DetailsSeniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Accounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustries:Professional Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
