Overview of Role
Ergo, Ireland's largest privately-owned IT services provider, is seeking a Junior Print Engineer to provide on-site printer support and maintenance.
This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining printers and related hardware across multiple customer locations.
The position is ideal for individuals with some printer support experience who are reliable, hard-working, and able to travel independently.
Role & Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and related hardware.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printers.Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal printer performance.Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer functions and troubleshooting.Skills, Qualifications & Experience Reliable and hardworking with strong communication skills.Flexible to travel to multiple customer sites with own car.Previous experience supporting printers (preferred but not essential).Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software printer issues.Familiarity with managing printer inventory and supplies.Education & Certifications: No formal education or certifications necessary.Training will be provided on the job.Please call me if you would like to discuss this role further on 087 6743791 About Us
