Processing of Senior Staff Nurse ApplicationsProcessing of Enhanced Nurse ApplicationsProcessing of Maternity Leave ApplicationsProcessing of Parental Leave ApplicationsEmployment Verification LettersVerification of Service FormsManaging Flexi records for other staff membersRoom bookingsTeleconference BookingsContract Extensions for Temporary StaffDuring periods of leave for the Grade 3, TRO the inputting to SAP for all nurses/midwives/HCAsCorrespondence as required to support staff visa applicationsAdditional filing and preparation of staff personnel files to support the effective operation of the office for the senior nurse management teamCompleting requisition formsScheduling of rolling departmental meetings, minute taking, and room bookingsManagement of appointments for the DoNMaintenance of any databases currently in placeAssistance with the preparation of reports relevant to the service
