We are seeking a
Field Service Engineer
to provide technical support and after-sales service for veterinary imaging equipment, including
ultrasound, X-ray, and endoscopy systems
.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery, supporting customers both remotely and onsite, while maintaining high-quality standards and promoting continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
Provide
diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
of ultrasound, X-ray, endoscopy, and medical imaging equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve
IT and network issues
related to imaging systems.
Carry out
onsite service visits
to customer premises, ensuring timely and professional support.
Complete all necessary service documentation, updating internal systems to support business processes.
Manage service stock accurately and efficiently.
Support the development of the service business in your territory.
Ensure adherence to service processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent and promote company values to all customers and partners.
Occasional overnight stays may be required.
About You
Previous experience in a
field service
or technical support environment.
Experience with
X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, or medical device equipment
(desirable but not essential).
Good understanding of
IT systems
and networking.
Strong communicator with excellent customer-facing skills.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines.
Positive "
can-do
" attitude, with a mindset for
continuous improvement
