client of ours
, a global biopharmaceutical leader, is seeking a
Manufacturing Projects Scientist/Engineer
to support the introduction of new products at a
state-of-the-art multi-product biologics facility
in
Dublin
.
This role is a key part of the
New Product Introduction (NPI)
and manufacturing support team, helping to ensure smooth tech transfers, operational readiness, and robust manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support
new product introductions
, risk assessments, and tech transfer activities.
Drive
process improvements
, write impact assessments, and contribute to documentation readiness.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Regulatory, etc.).
Represent manufacturing interests in meetings and ensure production-readiness.
Participate in
audits
, training, and the implementation of new raw materials or consumables.
Author and review
GMP documentation
, including batch records and procedures.
Lead or support
change controls, CAPAs, and investigations
.
Promote a
"Right-First-Time" culture
and continuous improvement mindset.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Science, Engineering, or a related field
.
Knowledge of
GMP biologics manufacturing
processes and equipment.
Familiarity with systems such as
DeltaV
,
MES Syncade
, and
SAP
.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, support investigations, and deliver results in a dynamic, regulated environment.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for operational excellence and driving
new technologies
(e.g.,
Single-Use Systems
).
