Scientist – Process Sciences – Pharmaceuticals – 11 Month Contract – Dublin

Do you want to be part of one of the top 10 best companies to work for in Ireland? If so, this could be your chance One of our global pharmaceutical clients is looking for a Scientist (Process Sciences) to join their team in Dublin for their new large-scale facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced project with lots of opportunities to work with and learn about cutting-edge technologies, in addition to developing your own skills.

This is a truly exciting project, which when complete will contribute to the manufacturing of a life-changing treatment.

Scientist (Process Sciences) Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to resolve complex cell culture deviations.
  • Support process improvement and troubleshooting with end-to-end product focus.
  • Provide technical support investigations, new process introduction, or change implementation in commercial manufacturing operations.
  • Author and review development operating procedures and technical reports.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools in the Process Sciences group.
About you:
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (preferably practical experience of cell culture processing).
  • Experience in drug substance process development, process characterization studies, mammalian cell technology, biochemistry, cell biology.
  • Experience in executing experimental programs in the laboratory.
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods for DOE design and data analysis.
